Molly Delano

Senior Project Leader

Molly brings more than 15 years of experience  in  youth and community development to her work as the Senior Project Leader of the Bronx Corridors initiative. Based at Hostos Community College in the South Bronx, Molly helps to lead the partnership between CISC and Hostos for the Bronx Corridors. Molly has worked for Global Kids, the YMCA of Greater NY, the Urban Justice Center and a range of NYC nonprofits, and has  collaborated with many international partners, to strengthen youth leadership, global citizenship and service learning. Molly has a background in facilitating and spearheading collective leadership and social change initiatives, especially in the areas of educational equity, climate change and community-led public policy creation and advocacy. Molly’s expertise as an educator and trainer with youth and adults and commitment to advance equity, democracy and opportunity informs her work as an action-oriented researcher and project manager. Molly holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MPA from the Baruch School of Public Affairs, as well as a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Columbia Business School.
